Rice is not Good for Diabetics

Rice is a staple food of some communities in Indonesia. When viewed from the nutritional value of a serving of white rice, white rice has a very high carbohydrate content.

Carbohydrates are synonymous with very high glucose content. Therefore you are suffering from diabetes you should reduce the consumption of white rice because rice is one of the deputy diabetic diet restrictions. 

If you need to change the menu of your white rice with other foods that have a menu carbohydrate content equivalent to one serving of white rice. Another alternative menu instead of white rice is brown rice and brown rice are proven to be healthier and safer by diabetics because the sugar content is very low.
